All of our suppliers hold to the strictest standards of quality control, and all of our products are fully warranted by the manufacturer for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. If by chance you receive a product which is defective, you may send any defective item back to Discover Marine and we will organise the return of the warranted item from the manufacturer, subject to their limited warranty and terms. Customer will be responsible for all postage and handling charges incurred for Discover Marine to recieve and return the product to you. Credit card details must be provided to Discover Marine prior to sending any items.
You must send a copy of the original invoice with date of purchase and attach a letter stating the problem you are having with the product, your day time telephone number, and your return shipping address. Please contact us to discuss a warranty issue and to receive a return authorisation number (RA#) before sending any defective item.
